Refund policy

Custom Suit Returns:

You are not stuck with a suit that doesn't fit! Pending approval, custom suits may be returned for store credit + $10 re-stocking fee. OR you can send back for alterations. No refunds.

If Return Terms are met (see below) and restocking fee is paid, you will receive store credit in the form of a Gift Card within 2 business days of us receiving your suit.

Email us at Mahalo@KaiKini.com with your order number to initiate the return process.

Exchanges: Available for Pre-Made suits and Apparel Only

 You have 2 options: 

  1. Exchange for a different size 
  2. Return for Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your item is received to send out your new item.

    Return/Exchange Terms:

    • All items must be received in “new” condition: Unwashed, unworn, and unused. Free of any scents or substances. Please DO try it on, just be sure to wear underwear underneath.
    • Returns and Exchanges must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. Orders received after this time will be returned to you.
    • Include your packing slip and save your tracking number! KaiKini Bikinis is not responsible for lost or delayed items.

    Shipping Info:

    If you're shipping from the US, we recommend shipping via USPS First Class Mail, which is usually around $4 and takes 7-10 days to arrive. (The KaiKini mailers can be reused for your exchanges and returns.) If you need your exchange faster, we recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate because it gets to Kauai in 3-5 days for around $7, but you may use any shipping method you prefer as long as it includes tracking number. For international returns, you may use your preferred trackable shipping method.

    All Sales Final. No Refunds or Store Credit given, but we can do size alterations. See FAQ for more info.
